Orders & Acceptance: Your submission of a request through our Kustom Request Form does NOT constitute a contract. All orders are billed through Found Business Banking. A secure electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided in your inquiry. An order is formally accepted and added to the Kustomique production calendar only after your full payment is cleared.
 

Pricing & Payments: Prices are subject to change based on store inventory and market costs. All quotes are valid for seven (7) days. We accept Bank Transfers (ACH) and all major Credit/Debit Cards. Late payments may result in the loss of your event date.
 

Processing Fees: Credit and debit card transactions are subject to a Convenience processing fee. Bank Transfers (ACH) are offered as a fee-free alternative for the client.
 

Lead Times: The 21-day "Kustom" production lead time begins on the date of fund clearance, not the date the invoice was issued or the inquiry was submitted.
 

Product Safety & Use: Kustomique favors may contain small parts (e.g., slime charms, mini toys, candy) that could pose a choking hazard. Our products are intended for children ages 3+ under adult supervision. Kustomique is not liable for any injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
 

Sensory Favor Safety: All Kustomique sensory favors (Slime, Modeling Dough, Sensory Jars) are intended for children ages 3 and up. Adult supervision is required at all times during play.
 

Choking Hazard: These favors may contain small parts (charms, glitter, themed trinkets) that pose a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old and pets.
 

Not for Consumption: Although our treats are edible, our Slime and Modeling Dough are NOT edible. Please ensure children do not put these items in their mouths.
 

Surface Safety: Slime and dough may stick to or stain carpets, upholstery, or clothing. Kustomique is not responsible for any property damage caused by the use of these products.
 

Allergy Alert: Our store-bought dough may contain wheat/gluten. If you or your guests have specific allergies, please notify us before ordering so we can suggest an alternative.
 

Intellectual Property: All custom designs created by Kustomique are our intellectual property. You are paying for our creative services and materials; the sale does not transfer ownership of the design for resale or commercial use.
 

Limitation of Liability: Kustomique’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., a party being ‘ruined’ due to shipping delay).
 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: By checking our policy box, you agree that you will not file a chargeback with your bank for custom work received. If there is an issue, you agree to contact Kustomique directly to resolve it.
 

SMS & Marketing: By providing your phone number and email, you agree to receive order-related updates. We will only send marketing information if you have specifically opted in via our newsletter/sign-up.
 

Governing Law & Modifications: These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the terms in place at the time of your payment will apply to your order.​
